To be honest, theres nothing that can perfectly describe. I want to play games like civilization, total war, xcom, ruse, company of heroes, etc on this console. With the game paused, players can focus on making the best strategic decisions, giving them a layer of control missing from most rts games.

It's a different style of rts then the examples you gave, but it's the best the genre has to offer on ps4.
